Beginner Yoga Series
Get your yoga practice started off on the right foot this March with our Beginner Yoga Study Series or Beginner Yoga Flow class.
Choose your path: study or practice.
Study in structured mini-workshops that build upon each other every Sunday learning the basics of yoga both in practice and in theory, or you can focus on the physical practice during our flowing, gradually progressive beginner yoga classes each Wednesday.
By the end of the month you will be well-versed in basic yoga poses, armed with modifications to cater poses to your own needs AND have an understanding that will allow you to join any yoga class with confidence.

All levels of students are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required.
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your own yoga mat if you already have one - if not, it's ok, we have 10 available onsite for you to borrow!

Study Starts Sunday 3/1 @ 1pm
Practice Starts Wednesday 3/4 @ 5:30pm Sundays @ 1pm: Beginner Yoga Study 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/29 Wednesdays @ 5:30pm: Beginner Yoga Flow 3/4, 3/11, 3/18*, 3/25 *The Wednesday March 17th class will be held outdoors, and the Sunday March 22 class will be a free sampling of the April Yoga Series. Your 4th and final Sunday class will be on 3/25. Classes happen Sundays at 1pm & Wednesdays at 5:30pm If you choose to join both the Sunday Beginner Yoga Study Series, as well as the Wednesday Beginner Yoga Series, we recommend that you sign up for 1 series (either one for $75) and then buy a 5-10 class pack ($70-120) for the other section. $75 for the 4 class series
