Our fun yoga-mom instructor Monica has created an amazing yoga program for kids aged 7-12. She uses, creative yoga and acro-yoga poses with imaginative visualization and calming breathing exercises for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations in your kiddos real life.
Age appropriate yoga games are included in every class, with fun, flowing sequences that keep them interested.
