Mobility Classes & Workshops
Our Mobility and Roll Model Method classes are fun easy to do, self-massage tricks that show you how to give yourself a customized targeted deep tissue massage, helping to erase chronic pain, tension and strain from any part of your body that is hurting. The moves we’ll learn in class may not be as deep as our “deeper than deep tissue” Ashiatsu massages, but these are great self-care homework techniques to use at home between your bodywork appointments!
Our 45-60 minute long classes provide guided instruction for targeted self-myofascial release and trigger point therapy by using custom designed grippy, firm yet spongey, rubber balls in focused protocols that help push through layers of muscle to rub deeply into your high tension tissue issues. Combined with “moveability” sequencing of standardized range of motion assessments with customized yoga stretches, Jeni will help you un-glue internal stiffness and enhance more necessary slide and glide movements deep down amongst all of the soft tissue layers of your skin, fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints!
Foam Rollers may occasionally be used, but we have found an AMAZING effectiveness in these Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls, so they are our FEETURED tool of choice.
RockTape Kinesiology stability tape is coming soon and will be offered as a part of these classes!
